In the event that the service does not live up to the expectations stated in the contract between the client and Lingvopedia Language Solutions Pvt. Ltd., the client may be eligible for a refund.

– In the event that we have committed a demonstrable error or omission that materially affects the caliber or utility of the service.

– If the customer follows our cancellation policy and cancels the service within the stated window of time.

Refund Procedure

Customers that want a refund have to do the following:

– Send in a formal refund request that includes a justification for the refund request.

– Offer pertinent proof, such as instances of errors or inconsistencies, to bolster the reimbursement claim.

Our management team will analyze refund requests, and within 30 to 45 business days, the client will be informed of the result.

Amount of Refund

If accepted, the amount of the reimbursement will depend on the type of claim and how much the service fell short of expectations.

– Lingvopedia Language Solutions Pvt. Ltd. retains the right to issue a credit for future services in certain circumstances, or to offer a full or partial refund.

– Unless both parties agree differently, the refunded amount will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Non-Refundable Services

In certain situations, Lingvopedia Language Solutions Pvt. Ltd. may not be able to reimburse certain services. Examples of these situations include:

– Completely completed and approved services from the client.

– Services for which the client has paid charges, such as materials or third-party fees.

Policy for Cancellations

For clients to be eligible for a refund, they must follow our cancellation policy. If you don’t cancel services within the allotted time, you might not be eligible for a refund.
